Getting clothes

New customers

New customers must be in possession of one of the following documents: Amstelveenpas, Aalsmeerpas, Stadspas with green dot(Amsterdam/Weesp and Diemen), or a statement from the municipality of Ouder-Amstel or Uithoorn;

If any of these documents are in your possession, please make an appointment by email(afspraken@kledingbankamstelland.nl) or by phone on Mondays from 10:00-13:00 (06-20194021).

Please bring the following at the first visit: a valid identity card, passport or residence permit of all persons belonging to your family plus one of the above documents.

One card is issued per family (including minor children). This allows you to store seven/eight times a year for the whole family at an entrance fee of €2.00 per card/per visit; preferably pay by PIN.

Once children reach the age of 18, they can no longer be credited to the parent(s)' card. They can then apply for a Clothing Bank card themselves if they meet any of the above conditions.

Our volunteers will give you a tour on your first visit.

Existing customers

Existing clients can visit the Clothing Bank on the date listed on their card. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please email afspraken@kledingbankamstelland.nl or call 06-20194021 on Mondays between 10:00-13:00. Attached is a 2025 calendar with all visit dates.
